Demographics and psychographics
Demographics play a large role in marketing. Understanding demographics greatly increases the understanding of why it’s used in advertisements. Demographics distinguish different groups of people based on things like race, gender, age, or beliefs. Demographics help when targeting a specific audience, and it goes hand in hand with psychographics. Psychographics tell the specific way that a group thinks. This will help in advertising by gaining knowledge of what a specific audience likes,and what they dislike. Holding a special appeal for a certain group of people will increase the likelihood of success, and attract more people to the product being advertised.
